This restaurant is located downtown Kansas City and has been in business for over SEVENTY years. Los Corrals was opened in 1949 by the Corrals family and it has not stopped serving up warm chips & salsa, cold margaritas, packed burritos, and more since the first customer walked in! Top difference between Los Corrals and every other Mexican restaurant? The homemade salsa is actually served warm as well! Our entree choices included the Monterey Chicken (grilled chicken topped with homemade sauce and melted cheese served with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and a side of lunch and beans) and the classic but seasoned to perfection Chicken Fajitas served with all the goodies on the side. Los Corrals is the perfect spot to visit when you are craving a tasty margarita that packs a punch! Try a flavored margarita like Blackberry or Pomegranate or live on the wild side and order a spicy marg. Add Los Corrals to your KC Bucket List today!

It's kitschy cool....opened in the 60s and I don't think it's been remodeled once. House Margaritas are better than average, so is the service. Food is what you'd expect for cheap Mexican.

Uh-oh! My food disappeared before I could snap a picture! Proof that it was good! (However, I will pass on the iced tea next time.) Nice, comfortable atmosphere. It wasn't busy or crowded when I stopped in for an evening dinner, mid-week. I am pretty sure the place has expanded since I was there last, many years ago, LOL. Everything looks great! Excellent table service, reasonable prices.
